when one thinks of traditional Chinese medicine, potions and powders of tiger bones and rhino horns are the first ideas that come to mind. However, Chinese medicine is mostly a common sense approach that emphasizes maintenance, Diet, nutrition, and relaxation as paths to good health. In this and other ways one might say that traditional Chinese medicine is miles ahead of modern western medicine.
